Do you love watching movies? Although pirating movies off of the web is illegal, downloading movies off the internet that you’ve paid for, like in iTunes, is not. While you could easily just put your DVD in a CD case, write on it with a Sharpie and call it a day, why not print an excellent DVD label to go with our movie so you know exactly what it is using your inkjet printer? For instructions on DVD label printing, read on. For instructions on CD printing, go to Ehow. Remember whether you are creating a home movie or a cinematic feature film, a DVD label could make it look more professional and high tech.

The first thing you need to do is buy a pack of DVD labels. You can find these online or in computer stores. Some electronics stores may carry them too. Don’t buy standard DVD labels, though, make sure you add ones that were specifically designed for inkjet printers. Make sure your printer also has the necessary software from online if your printer doesn’t come standard with it.

Next, use that software to create your label. Here you want to write the name of the video or movie. You also should add some fun colors or clip art. If you are burning a cinematic feature film, it may be hard to find the exact image that is on the real DVD if you purchased it at a store, but you can go online and find images from the film or create your own.

Take your DVD labels and put them into your printer’s input tray. Click “Print” and answer any questions that may come up about your DVD labels. After you’ve done that they should begin printing.

Peel them off gently and then add them to your DVD. Make sure to press firmly so the label stays on the DVD.
